All Pre-Orders ship within 24 hours of being received at Ralphie's Funhouse HQ. We are unable to guarantee the condition as 100% mint on this piece as we will be receiving it secondhand ourselves. However, if requested via email (sales@ralphiesfunhouse.com), we will send pictures of the piece we receive for you and will provide you the opportunity to convert your full amount paid to store credit if you are unhappy with the condition.

1: WE SHIP COMPLETED PREORDERS SAME OR NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER WE RECEIVE THEM! Please place your preorders according to the estimated delivery window! The smaller the orders the better so you can get the speediest service. We ship completed preorders the same or next business day after they are fully completed. Orders will wait for all items to arrive before shipping. Preorder items may not be ordered alongside in-stock items. By purchasing, you agree that you understand this.
