By purchasing, you agree that you understand the following:

1.) You will receive a near mint or mint item or we will refund in full.

2.) Your item will have the sticker shown or we will refund in full. *In the event that the sticker shown is never actually offered, we will contact you directly with options which also include refund in full.

3.) Pricing for these items is HIGHLY VOLATILE. Pricing today can (and will) be HIGHER or LOWER than the pricing yesterday. Please purchase at the price that you are comfortable with.  

4.) These Convention Exclusive items are difficult and costly to obtain. We make plans based on the forecast created from orders placed. Orders cancelled voluntarily and not as a result of a failure on our part ARE subject to our standard preorder cancellation policies (shown below).

5.) We will only be taking preorders for items that are SPECIFICALLY requested. If you would like us to offer a NYCC Exclusive item, please contact us

6.) Most pieces will be purchased "second-hand" These items will be shipped to our warehouse following the convention. We will then inspect them to verify they meet our commitments to you. Expect items to ship out toward the end of October. 

7.) We work very hard to secure these rare and limited items for you. We want you to be happy with your order. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out and give us the opportunity to help.

All Pre-Orders ship within 24 hours of being received at Ralphie's Funhouse HQ. 

This item carries Ralphie's Guarantee! If you are unhappy with this item, notify us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right. No questions asked.

1: WE SHIP COMPLETED PREORDERS SAME OR NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER WE RECEIVE THEM! Please place your preorders according to estimated delivery window! The smaller the orders the better so you can get the speediest service. We ship completed preorders same or next business day after they are fully completed. Orders will wait for all items to arrive before shipping. By purchasing, you agree that you understand this.

2: Preorder Estimates can (and do) change. We do our best do offer a range of time we expect to receive these excellent preorder items, but CANNOT guarantee ALL items will meet these estimates. If you have questions about your preorder items, simply contact us to inquire. We generally respond within 24 hours or sooner. 

3: Preorders can be cancelled for a FULL refund if your cancellation request is received within 24 hours after being placed. Should you need to cancel your order more than 24 hours after you place it, there will be a 25% cancellation fee.
