Trying to keep a color palette with few colors can be a hassle for me, but I managed here with dark marine colors, greys, yellow and a fresh coral. The Kingfisher is a rare visitor on my walks, but very cherished. A dragonfly and a bee have also found a way into my busy pattern. The big sunflower and other flowers are added with a bit of geometric shapes in an attempt to make the design more modern. The light grey dots, apart from making the pattern combine better, are inspired by the falling petals from the Mirabelle trees with the white flowers.
